PENGARUH DIET EKSTRAK IKAN BETOK (Anabas testudineus) TERHADAP PENURUNAN ERITEMA LUKA TERKONTAMINASI PADA TIKUS PUTIH (Rattus norvegicus)

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Penelitian mengenai khasiat ikan betok (Anabas testudineus) belum pernah dilakukan, sehingga dilakukan penelitian yang mengungkapkan sifat antiinflamasi ikan betok (Anabas testudineus) melalui penurunan eritema. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh diet ekstrak ikan betok (Anabas testudineus) terhadap penurunan eritema Iuka terkontaminasi pada tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus). Penelitian ini bersifat true eksperiment dengan rancangan post test only with control design dengan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 38 ekor tikus yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok perlakuan yaitu kelompok control sebanyak 19 ekor tikus dan kelompok yang diberikan ekstrak ikan betok (Anabas testudineus) sebanyak 19 ekor tikus. Data yang diukur adalah rata-rata penurunan warna kemerahan eritema. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dcngan menggunakan independent sample t test dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% didapatkan hasil p=0,00 (p-value< 0,05). Hasil penelitian diketahui rata-rata penurunan warna kemerahan (eritema) pada kelompok yang diberikan ekstrak ikan betok (Anabas testudineus) lebih cepat daripada kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat efek pengaruh diet ekstrak ikan betok (Anabas testudineus) terhadap penurunan eritema Iuka terkontaminasi pada tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus).

ABSTRACT

Research on the efficacy offish damselfish (Anabas testudineus) has never been done, so do the research that revealed anti-inflammatory properties offish climbing perch (Anabas testudineus) through a reduction in erythema . This study aimed to determine the effect dietary of extract climbing perch (Anabas testudineus) to decrease erythema contaminated wounds i n white rats (Rattus norvegicus) . This study was true experiment with the design of post-test only with control design with simple random sampling technique of sampling. Number of samples studied were 38 rats were divided into 2 treatment groups, namely control group and a total of 19 rats given the extract group climbing perch (Anabas testudineus) were 19 rats. The data was measured in average reduction of erythema redness. The data was obtained and analyzed by using the independent sample t test with a 95 % confidence interval is obtained p= 0.00 (p-value< 0.05). Know the results ofre.search in an average reduction of redness (erythema) in the group given the extract fish damselfish (Anabas testudineus) faster than the control group. The conclusion of this study was the effect of the influence of diet contained extract climbing perch (Anabas testudineus) to decrease erythema contaminated wounds in white rats (Rattus norvegicus).
