STUDI KASUS: GANGGUAN MENELAN PADA PASIEN AKALASIA ESOFAGUS

Abstract


ABSTRAK
Akalasia esofagus, atau dikenal juga dengan namasimple ectasia, kardiospasme, megaesofagus, merupakan salah satu penyakit yang jarang terjadi. Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ulin Banjarmasin sendiri kasus akalasia merupakan kasus yang langka, menurut informasi yang didapat dari ruang Penyakit Dalam Pria, kasus akalasia baru pertama kali ditemukan.Klien mengeluh tidak bisa makan
dan minum sejak tiga bulan yang lalu.Klien mengeluh awalnya ditenggorokan ada rasa seret di tenggorokan.Saat klien menelan makanan langsung muntah-muntah.Karakteristik muntah yaituapa yang klien makan dan minum. Klien mengeluh sehabis muntah klien merasa tenggorokan sakit dan merasa asam.Diagnosa keperawatan yang muncul pada klien adalah ganggguan menelan berhubungan dengan (b.d) penyakit akalasia (gangguan/kerusakan pada esophagus);ketidakseimbangan nutrisi: kurang dari kebutuhan tubuh b.d faktor biologis: ketidakmampuan dalam memenuhi asupan nutrisi
(gangguan/kerusakan pada esophagus); risiko kekurangan volume cairan dengan faktor risiko: kehilangan cairan berlebihan: muntah cairan/makanan; defisiensi pengetahuan berhubungan dengan kurangnya paparan infomaasi (akalasia esofagus), dan nyeri akut b.d agen injuri biologi (penyakit: aklasia esofagus).

Kata-kata kunci: gangguan menelan, akalasia esophagus.

ABSTRACT
Esophageal achalasia, or also known as simple ectasia, cardiospasm, mega esophaageal, is one of the rare disease. In the General Hospital of Ulin Banjarmasin, this case is a rare.According to information that obtained from male internist ward, this case is the first time in there. The client complained that he could not ate and drank since three months ago. Clientinitially complained that he felt there was different sense in the throat. When heswallowed, he directly got vomiting. The characteristics of vomiting was what he had eaten and drank. Client also complained that after vomiting, he felt pain and sour at throat. Nursing diagnosis that appears on the client was associated
with swallowing disorder related to (r/t)achalasia disease (disturbance / damage to the esophagus); imbalance nutrition: less than body requirements r/t biological factors: inability to have nutritional intake (interference / damage of esophagus); risk for lack of fluid volume with risk factors: excessive
information exposure (esophageal achalasia), and acute pain r/t biological injury agents (disease: esophageal achalasia).
