Abstract


Mall is a retail architectural product that facilitates visitors for shopping and recreation. In big cities, malls have become a lifestyle and a place for gatherings or social activities. Malls are considered an important need, so their existence is mushrooming in big cities. Tegal City is one of city that on the north side of Java Island. Since the existence of the Trans Java Toll Road, cities on the northern side of Java Island have experienced significant development. Currently there are several malls or shopping centers in Tegal City. Pacific Mall Tegal is one of the malls in Tegal City. This mall is in the heart of Tegal City with various supporting facilities. This causes this mall to become one of the favorite shopping centers in Tegal City and is always busy with visitors. The layout of the mall is one of the determining factors that can provide a sense of comfort for mall visitors. Good spatial planning can maximize the potential of a building, so that the building can become more lively and increase the level of visits to the mall.
