MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN PKn MATERI ORGANISASI DI LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH DAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI MODEL THINK PAIR AND SHARE DAN STUDENT FACILITATOR AND EXPLAINING DI KELAS V SDN BANJARBARU KOTA 4 KOTA BANJARBARU

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK)  ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan hasil belajar pendidikan kewarganegaraan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair and share dan student facilitator and explaining. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 sikus, 1 siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN Banjarbaru Kota 4 Kota Banjarbaru tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 semester 2. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu observasi aktivitas siswa dan tes tertulis untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa di akhir setiap pertemuan. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan model think pair and share dan student facilitator and explaining menunjukkan peningkatan aktivitas siswa setiap pertemuan. Hasil belajarnya pun meningkat secara bertahap pada evaluasi siklus I maupun siklus II.

Abstract: The purpose of this classroom action research is to increase the learning process and learning achievement civic education by using cooperative learning model with the type think pair and share and student facilitator and explaining.  This research is conducted in two cycles, with two meetings in every cycle. The research subject is at the fifth grade students of Banjarbaru Kota elementary school Banjarbaru city in second semester academic 2012/2013. The instruments are collected by students’ activity observation sheet and final evaluation at the end of meeting. The result of this research by using think pair and share and student facilitator and explaining shows that the increasing of students activity in every meeting. The achievement learning can increase phase in first and second meeting final evaluation.
