MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PKN MATERI SISTEM PEMERINTAHAN PUSAT MELALUI KOMBINASI MODEL GROUP INVESTIGATION DAN TAKE AND GIVE PADA SISWA KELAS IV SDN BERANGAS 1 BARITO KUALA

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research is to improve students’ learning achievement of civic education with the topic central government system by using the combination of learning model Group Investigation and Take and Give. The type of this research is clasroom action research. The subject of this research is the student at fourth grade of Berangas 1 elementary school Barito Kuala district in academic 2014/2015. This research is conducted by the qualitative approach with the type is classroom action research in two cycle and two meeting every cycle. The isntruments of this research are the students’ observation sheet and the evaluation test to know the students’ learning achievement in the last of every learning process. The result of this research show that : 1) students’ activity always improve until get active category, 2) students’ learning achievement always improve until reach the indicator.

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pendidikan kewarganegaraan pada materi sistem pemerintahan pusat dengan menggunakan kombinasi model Group Investigation dan Take and Give. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Berangas 1 Barito Kuala tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang tiap siklusnya terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi aktivitas siswa dan tes tertulis untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa setiap akhir pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) keaktifan siswa selalu meningkat hingga mencapai kriteria aktif, 2) hasil belajar siswa terus meningkat hingga mencapai indikator keberhasilan.
