Nilai Pendidikan Karakter dalam Kesenian Gandalia

Abstract


Intisari. Artikel ini mengkaji tentang eksistensi kesenian Gandalia dan refleksi nilai pendidikan karakter. Aspek-aspek tersebut dikaji dalam rancangan penelitian kualitatif analitik, dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Proses pencarian data dalam penulisan ini menggunakan studi observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Dalam pengujian keabsahan data, penelitian ini menggunakan metode triangulasi melalui proses sebagai berikut: reduksi data, analisis data, inferensi, dan penyajian data. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa nilai pendidikan karakter dalam kesenian Gandalia meliputi nilai: sabar, keras berkarya, mandiri, peduli lingkungan, karakter positif, sosial, tanggung jawab, religius, cinta tanah air, kebangsaan, toleransi, menghargai prestasi, dan rasa ingin tahu.

Abstract. This article examines the existence of Gandalia art and the reflection of character education values. These aspects are studied in an analytic qualitative research design, with a case study approach. The process of finding data in this writing uses observation studies, interviews, documentation studies and literature studies. In testing the validity of the data, this research uses the triangulation method through the following process: data reduction, data analysis, inference, and data presentation. The results of the study show that the value of character education in Gandalia art includes the values of: patience, hard work, independence, environmental care, positive character, social, responsibility, religion, love for the country, nationality, tolerance, respect for achievement, and curiosity.
