Penguatan Kompetensi Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka melalui Pelatihan Teknologi Digital Berbasis Website Terintegrasi pada Guru

Abstract


Kurikulum merdeka masih belum seluruhnya dapat diimplementasikan dan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran digital masih sangat minim. Untuk itu dikembangkan website terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengimplementasi kurikulum merdeka. Tujuan PKM untuk memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan kompetensi guru dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka melalui pemanfaatan inovasi website terintegrasi bagi guru di Kota Langsa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahapan utama yakni persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan pasca pelaksanaan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pemahaman guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka seperti penerapan prinsip pembelajaran Ki Hajar Dewantara, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis digital, dan pembelajaran berdiferensisasi. Tim pengabdian juga menyebarkan angket kepuasan. Hasil angket kepuasan responden diperoleh 90% guru puas dalam pelatihan. Kesimpulan dari PKM yakni kegiatan terlaksana sesuai harapan dimana guru memperoleh peningkatan pemahaman terkait implementasi kurikulum merdeka melalui website terintegrasi yang dikembangkan.

 The independent curriculum is still not fully implemented, and teacher competence in digital learning is still very minimal. For this reason, an integrated website was developed to increase teacher competency in implementing the independent curriculum. Community service aims to provide guidance and competency training for teachers in implementing the independent curriculum through integrated website innovation for teachers in Langsa City. Activities are carried out in three main stages: preparation, implementation, and post-implementation. The service results show increased teacher understanding in implementing the independent curriculum, such as applying Ki Hajar Dewantara's learning principles, using digital-based learning media, and using differentiated learning. The service team also distributed satisfaction questionnaires. The results of the respondent satisfaction questionnaire showed that 90% of teachers were satisfied with the training. The conclusion from community service activities is that the activities were carried out according to expectations where teachers gained increased understanding regarding implementing the independent curriculum through the developed integrated website.
