Perancangan Arsitektur Enterprise Pada Instansi Pemerintahan: Systematic Literature Review

Abstract


Permodelan bisnis yang selaras dengan teknologi informasi dapat digambarkan menggunakan Enterprise Architecture. Dalam penerapan Enterprise Architecture dibutuhkan sebuah kerangka kerja agar perancangan memiliki pedoman yang jelas. Enterprise Architecture Framework memiliki perspektif dan model yang berbeda pada setiap ruang lingkup dan kegiatannya. Permodelan, dokumentasi, diagram, dan laporan menjadi hasil akhir dari Enterprise Architecture Framework. Terdapat 4 kerangka kerja Enterprise Architecture yang populer digunakan oleh perusahaan atau organisasi yaitu Zachman framework, TOGAF, FEAF, dam Gartner. Dari masing-masing framework memiliki ciri khasnya tersendiri seperti Zachman framework menunjukkan sistem informasi dari berbagai perspektif yang untuk perencanaan, desain, dan manajemen konfigurasi. TOGAF digunakan oleh perusahaan atau organisasi untuk mendesain, mengimplementasikan serta mengelola arsitektur informasi. FEAF dapat digunakan untuk mengintegrasikan manajemen strategis, bisnis serta teknologi dalam mendesain organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Gartner merupakah model berulang yang berfokus kepada pengembangan proses Enterprise Architecture, perubahan, migrasi, tata kelola, organisasi, dan sub-proses manajemen. dan pada literature review ini, penulis mendapatkan metode yang tepat untuk perancangan arsitektur enterprise pada Instansi Pemerintahan yaitu dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF dan Zachman, karena TOGAF dan Zachman memiliki banyak kesamaan, sehingga jika di kombinasikan akan menjadi framework yang lengkap. Tetapi tidak semua fase pada Zachman dimiliki TOGAF. Oleh karena itu, Zachman membantu TOGAF dalam melengkapi perencanaan agar lebih mendetail dari berbagai sudut pandang dalam proses pengembangan arsitektur enterprise.

 

Business modeling aligned with information technology can be described using Enterprise Architecture. In implementing Enterprise Architecture, a framework is needed so that the design has clear guidelines. Enterprise Architecture Framework has different perspectives and models on each scope and activity. Modeling, documentation, diagrams, and reports result from the Enterprise Architecture Framework. 4 Enterprise Architecture frameworks are popularly used by companies or organizations, namely the Zachman framework, TOGAF, FEAF, and Gartner. Each framework has its characteristics, as the Zachman framework shows information systems from various perspectives for planning, design, and configuration management. Companies or organizations use TOGAF to design, implement and manage information architectures. FEAF can be used to integrate strategic management, business, and technology in developing organizations to improve company performance. Gartner is a recurring model that focuses on developing Enterprise Architectureprocesses, change, migration, governance, organization, and management sub-processes. Complete framework. But not all phases on Zachman belong to TOGAF. Therefore, Zachman assisted TOGAF in completing the planning to be more detailed from various points of view in developing enterprise architecture.
