KORELASI KADAR ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE DAN KALSIUM DARAH PADA PASIEN DIABETES MELITUS TIPE 2 DI POLIKLINIK KAKI DIABETES DAN GERIATRI RSUD ULIN BANJARMASIN

Abstract

Abstract: Type 2 DM can have a detrimental impact on bone microcirculation, osteoblast maturation and bone formation. The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between alkaline phosphatase and blood calcium in diabetes mellitus type 2 patient at diabetic foot polyclinic at Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin. This research uses observational analytics with a cross-sectional approach using a total sampling approach with a sample of 37 people. The average ALP level was 85.432 ± 49.724, the average calcium level was 8.884 ± 0.528 and the frequency distribution of patients tended to be more in the poor glycemic control group as many as 23 people (62.12%). The results of the study using the Pearson test, Spearman's Rank, and Fisher's Exact Test showed that there was no correlation between Glycemic Control and ALP and Blood Calcium levels in Type 2 DM Patients, but showed a significant positive correlation regarding the correlation between poor glycemic control and ALP levels in Type 2 DM patients. 2.

Abstrak: DM Tipe 2 dapat memiliki dampak kerusakan pada mikrosirkulasi tulang, pematangan osteoblas dan formasi tulang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya korelasi alkaline phosphatase dan kalsium darah pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di poliklinik kaki diabetes RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional melalui pendekatan total sampling dengan sampel sebesar 37 orang. Rata-rata kadar ALP adalah 85,432 ± 49,724, rata-rata kadar kalsium adalah 8,884 ±  0,528 dan distribusi frekuensi pasien cenderung lebih banyak pada kelompok kontrol glikemik yang buruk sebanyak 23 orang (62,12%). Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji Pearson, Spearman's Rank, dan Fisher's Exact Test menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya korelasi Kontrol Glikemik terhadap kadar ALP dan Kalsium Darah pada Pasien DM Tipe 2, tetapi menunjukkan korelasi positif yang signifikan terkait korelasi kontrol glikemik buruk terhadap kadar ALP pada pasien DM Tipe 2.
