Perbedaan Jumlah Trombosit sebelum dan sesudah Kemoterapi Neoadjuvan pada Pasien Kanker Payudara

Abstract

Abstrack: There are two approaches to treating locally advanced luminal subtypes of  breast cancer, that is by providing neoadjuvant chemotherapy and surgery. One of the effects of chemotherapy is myelosuppression. Myelosuppression will reduce production of blood cells both erythrocytes, leukocytes, and platelets. This study aims to determine the differences number of platelets before first cycle and third cycle of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with locally advanced with luminal subtypes breast cancer at Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin January-June 2019 Period. Samples were taken by total sampling technique. Data analysis using a paired T-test. There were 17 subjects with locally advanced with luminal subtypes breast cancer who met the exclusion and inclusion criteria. The mean of  platelet count before first cycle was 311,706 / uL and before third cycle was 377,764 / uL. Paired T-test results p = 0.008 which showed differences from platelet counts before first cycle and thrid cycle neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

Abstrak: Terdapat dua pendekatan untuk mengobati kanker payudara yang berada pada stadium lanjut lokal yaitu memberikan kemoterapi neoadjuvan serta pembedahan. Salah satu efek dari kemoterapi adalah mielosupresi. Mielosupresi akan menurunkan produksi sel darah baik itu eritrosit, leukosit dan trombosit.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan jumlah trombosit sebelum siklus pertama dan siklus ketiga kemoterapi neoadjuvan pada pasien kanker payudara yang terdiagnosis stadium lanjut lokal subtipe luminal di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin Januari-Juni 2019. Sampel diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji T berpasangan. Didapatakan sebanyak 17 subjek yang memenuhi kriteria eksklusi dan inklusi. Hasil rerata jumlah trombosit sebelum siklus pertama sebesar 311.706/uL dan siklus ketiga sebesar 377.764/uL. Hasil uji T berpasangan didapatkan p =  0,008 yang berarti bahwa terdapat perbedaan bermakna dari jumlah trombosit sebelum siklus pertama dan siklus ketiga kemoterapi neoadjuvan.
