HUBUNGAN DERAJAT DISPLASIA DENGAN JUMLAH SEL GOBLET PADA GAMBARAN HISTOPATOLOGI KOLITIS DI RSUD ULIN BANJARMASIN PADA TAHUN 2020-2022

Abstract


Kolitis merupakan suatu kondisi dimana lapisan mukosa kolon meradang, secara akut maupun kronis. Selama 2 dekade terakhir, insidensi IBD meningkat secara signifikan di Asia. Selain itu, kolitis juga bisa berkembang menjadi suatu keganasan. Hal ini bisa dilihat dengan memantau peningkatan derajat displasia dan pengurangan jumlah sel goblet sejalan dengan progesivitas penyakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah menganalisis karakeritstik serta hubungan derajat displasia dengan jumlah sel goblet pada kolitis di RSUD Banjarmasin tahun 2020-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, menggunakan sampel sebanyak 39 sediaan (preparate/slide) histopatologi pasien kolitis yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini dianalisis dengan uji Rank Spearman dan ditemukan ada hubungan antara peningkatan derajat displasia dengan penurunan jumlah sel goblet. Semakin tinggi derajat displasia maka semakin rendah jumlah rata – rata sel goblet pada kolitis.
