PERBEDAAN KARAKTERISTIK PASIEN EMERGENSI BEDAH TRAUMA SEBELUM DAN SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI RSUD ULIN BANJARMASIN
Abstract
Trauma adalah kerusakan jaringan hidup akibat benturan fisik pada anggota badan. Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) mempengaruhi sistem pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan karakteristik pasien emergensi bedah trauma sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19 di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin berdasarkan usia, lama datang, penyebab, dan waktu penanganan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain studi cohort retrospektif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pasien emergensi bedah trauma di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin bulan September 2018 – Agustus 2021 sesuai kriteria inklusi. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Hasil menunjukan rerata usia pada pasien emergensi bedah trauma sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19 adalah 32,25±14,27 dan 32,9±19,06 (p=0,918), rerata lama datang 12,88±21,74 dan 26,25±60,61 (p=0,250), rerata waktu penanganan 1,59±0,88 dan 1,38±0,73 (p=0,236), dan uji Chi-Square pada variabel penyebab didapatkan p=0,513. Disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan usia, lama datang, penyebab, dan waktu penanganan pasien emergensi bedah trauma sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19 di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin.
