Pengaruh Job Insecurity Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Karyawan Hotel Amaris

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the effect of job insecurity to turnover intention of employees at Hotel Amaris. The variables studied in detail are job insecurity (X) as independent variable and turnover intention (Y) as dependent variable. The type of research  uses explanatory research to explain the causal relationship between the variable that influence the hypothesis. Responden in this study were 34 employees of Hotel Amaris. Analysis method using Simple Regression Analysis. The result show that job insecurity has positive and significant effect on turnover intention of employees at Hotel Amaris.
