Perkembangan Kemampuan Bernalar Kritis Berdasarkan Teori Kognitif Agar Terwujudnya Profil Pelajar Pancasil

Abstract


Cognitive is a thinking process that allows a person to be able to relate, evaluate, and take into account an event to gain knowledge. The processes of learning, developing ideas, and solving problems are examples of cognitive processes. People with critical thinking capacity are those who can solve problems through analysis, reflection, and information processing and understand the information obtained. Pancasila students process concepts and facts using qualitative and quantitative information. He has a strong interest, asks relevant questions, recognizes and clarifies learned ideas and information, and then processes that knowledge. When conducting assessments and actions, Pancasila students apply logical and scientific reasoning by studying and assessing the concepts and data they receive. Pancasila students think about how their own thinking works, evaluate it, and reflect on it (metacognition) before making a decision. He is aware of his cognitive processes, the choices he has made, and the growth and limitations of his thinking capacity. This helped him realize that he could continue to develop as a determined person, working to improve his methods, and persevering in trying other solutions. Additionally, if evidence contradicts his personal views or beliefs, he is open to changing them. The purpose of this article is to study how critical thinking has developed and how to do it better
