Perlunya Pembinaan Guru Dalam Supervisi Pendidikan
Abstract
Pendidikan merupakan prakarsa yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang merupakan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Salah satu upaya tersebut adalah melalui proses pembelajaran. Guru adalah salah satu komponen yang berperan penting dalam proses belajar dan pembelajaran yang perlu tseterusnya dibina dan dikembangkan. Pembelajaran yang sifatnya efektif mampu menghasilkan hasil belajar siswa-siswi yang berkualitas. Selain itu, pembelajaran yang mengayomi dan dinami tidak menafikan peran guru sebagai fasilitator dalam memberikan pengetahuan kepada siswa. Kehadiran pengawasan pendidikan berperan penting dalam memantau, mengamati, dan mengawasi kinerja guru dalam membimbing siswa menjadi manusia yang berkualitas.
