PENGARUH SIKAP, NORMA SUBYEKTIF DAN PENGENDALIAN PERILAKU TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN JASA INTERNET BANKING
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor sikap yang diproksikan dengan 5 (lima) atribut yang meliputi keunggulan relatif, kesesuaian, kompleksitas, berdaya uji dan risiko. Faktor-faktor lain yakni norma subyektif atau faktor sosial dan pengendalian perilaku yang diproksikan dengan keberhasilan pribadi dukungan pemerintah dan teknologi terhadap penggunaan internet banking di Indonesia. Survei menggunakan 100 orang responden yang meliputi karyawan, mahasiswa, manajer, dan yang lainnya. Data yang dianalisis hanya 72 responden. Analisis penelitian menggunakan regresi berganda, dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor sikap yang terdiri dari keunggulan relatif, kesesuaian dan berdaya uji memiliki pengaruh terhadap penggunaan internet banking, sementara faktor lain yakni norma subyektif dan pengendalian perilaku tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap penggunaan internet banking.
