OMPLEKS TEMBAGA(II) DARI 2-TIOFENAKARBONILHIDRAZON-3-(N-METIL)-5-BROMOISATIN: SINTESIS DAN UJI ANTIBAKTERI

Abstract


Kompleks tembaga(II) (4a,b) masing-masing telah berhasil disintesis dari reaksi antara 2- tiofenakarbonilhidrazon-3-(N-metil)isatin (3a) dan 2-tiofenakarbonilhidra-zon-3-(N-metil)-5-bromoisatin (3b) dengan tembaga(II) asetat monohidrat. Uji aktivitas terhadap bakteri Bacillus subtilis menunjukkan bahwa kompleks (4b) memiliki daya hambat yang lebih tinggi (MIC 250 μg/mL) dari pada kompleks (4a) (MIC 2000 μg/mL).
