Penerapan model pembelajaran langsung dengan media bidang miring untuk meningkatkan gerak dasar guling depan

Abstract


Guling depan merupakan salah satu materi yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa dalam pembelajaran senam lantai. Namun, tidak semua siswa dapat melakukannya dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan gerak dasar guling depan menggunakan media miring 22o dengan metode pembelajaran langsung. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 50 siswa yang berasal dari (Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri) SMPN 2 di Jayapura. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan observasi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu rubrik penilaian pada aspek psikomotor, aspek kognitif, aspek afektif dengan empat skala penilaian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian pada tindakan siklus I menunjukan 19 siswa atau 38% siswa tuntas pada aspek psikomotor, 17 siswa atau 34% siswa tuntas pada aspek afektif 21 siswa atau 42% tuntas pada aspek kognitif. Pada siklus II 50 siswa atau 100% siswa tuntas pada aspek psikomotor, afektif dan kognitif. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani guling depan melalui media bidang miring 22o dapat meningkatkan kemampuan teknik dasar guling depan pada siswa melalui dua siklus.
