Pengaruh aktivitas fisik program gross motor skill terhadap indeks massa tubuh dan tingkat kebugaran jasmani

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) memberikan aktivitas fisik yang bermanfaat pada siswa kelas IV SD Islam Surya Buana Malang, (2) memberikan aktivitas fisik yang terstruktur melalui program gross motor skill, (3) mengetahui dan mengkaji tentang pengaruh aktivitas fisik melalui program gross motor skill terhadap indeks massa tubuh dan kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas IV. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment). Hasil nilai tes kebugaran jasmani Indonesia secara keseluruhan perbandingan antar kelompok eksperimental dan kelompok konvensional tidak memiliki perbedaan, dengan taraf signifikans α= 0.05, t-hitung < t-tabel (0.722 < 1,701), maka dapat disimpulkan untuk penjumlahan nilai tes kebugaran jasmani antara pretest dan posttest tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Pelaksanaan penelitian program gross motor skill yang dilakukan di SD Islam Surya Buana Malang tepatnya pada kelas IV, bisa terlaksana dengan baik dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi para siswa. Pemberian program gross motor skill kepada siswa belum memberikan dampak yang baik dan ada beberapa item tes kebugaran jasmani yang tidak memiliki pengaruh kepada siswa. Hasil data jumlah nilai TKJI yang diperoleh kelompok eksperimental pada saat pre-test dan post-test menyatakan tidak mengalami perbedaan yang signifikan, antara sebelum diberikan perlakuan (treatment) dan setelah diberikan perlakuan (treatment).
