PERBEDAAN KADAR MCV DAN MCHC PADA PASIEN KANKER SERVIKS SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH KEMOTERAPI

Abstract


Kemoterapi berbasis platinum, seperti cisplatin, carboplatin, dan oxaliplatin, merupakan salah satu pilihan terapi untuk pasien kanker serviks. Kemoterapi ini dapat menyebabkan efek nefrotoksik, sehingga menganggu pembentukan sel darah merah di sumsum tulang belakang, dan dapat mempengaruhi kadar Mean Corpuscular Volume (MCV) dan Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concentration (MCHC). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar MCV dan MCHC pada pasien kanker serviks sebelum dan sesudah kemoterapi berbasis platinum. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kohort retrospektif, menggunakan sampel sebanyak 40 pasien kanker serviks pada periode Januari-Desember 2021 yang sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Variabel bebasnya adalah kemoterapi berbasis platinum, dan variabel terikatnya adalah kadar MCV dan MCHC. Analisis dilakukan dengan uji T berpasangan dan uji Wilcoxon.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata kadar MCV sebelum dan sesudah kemoterapi adalah 80,04±7,14 fl dan 88,19±6,11 fl (p < 0,001), dan rerata kadar MCHC sebelum dan sesudah kemoterapi adalah 31,63±1,52 g/dl dan 32,71±1,12 g/dl (p < 0,001). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kadar MCV dan MCHC pada pasien kanker serviks sebelum dan sesudah kemoterapi berbasis platinum.
