The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of financial performance Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Debt to Total Asset, Sales to Current Asset and Total Asset Turnover Ratio as independent variable to company performance. Population in this research is industrial company that registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange of 16 company during the period 2012-2016, and the sample in this research is determined by certain criteria (Purposive Sampling), based on predetermined criteria that there are 14 company listing that meet the criteria, using the financial statements. Method used in this research is cause and effect (causal), with statistical test using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.
