Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Studi Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan)

Thisastudyaaimsatoaanalyzeatheainfluence of environment and workload simultaneously and partially to the satisfactionaof the staff of the EducationaOffice ofaSouth Kalimantan Province. Theatype of this research is clausal design and data collection technique using questionnaire with sample of 56 employees of South Kalimantan Province Education Office. Data analysis techniques use validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiplealineararegression, Fatest andtatest using SPSS application program. The results of the analysis showed the first hypothesis accepted that the environment and workload variables simultaneously affect the satisfactionaofathe staff of the EducationaOfficeaofaSouth Kalimantan Province.Theasecond hypothesis is accepted that the working environment variables partially affect the job satisfaction of the employees of the Education Office of South Kalimantan Province. The third hypothesis is accepted that the work load has a partial effect onatheajob satisfaction of the staffaof the Education Officeaof South Kalimantan Province.
