Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Layanan Dan Lokasi Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Sosis Bakar King’s Kota Banjarbaru

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality (X1), service quality (X2), and location (X3) on customer satisfaction (Y) Sosis Bakar King’s Kota Banjarbaru. The population used in this study were consumers of Sosis Bakar King's City Banjarbaru and Martapura with a total sample of 75 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by survey method through a questionnaire distributed to consumers who came at the Bakar King's Sausage outlet, namely in the City of Banjarbaru and Martapura. The results of this study prove that product quality has an effect on consumer satisfaction Sosis Bakar King's City Banjarbaru. The quality of service has an effect on the customer satisfaction of Bakar Sausage King's Banjarbaru City and its location has an influence on consumer satisfaction Sosis Bakar King's Banjarbaru City.
