PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PUPUK INFARM VITAMIN B1 LIQUINOX STAR TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN ANAKAN SEPATUDEA (Spathodea campanulata) DI BALAI PERBENIHAN TANAMAN HUTAN PROVINSI KALIMANTAN SELATAN

Abstract

Sepatudea (Spathodea campanulata) plants are suitable for development because they have health benefits. The success of Sepatudea cultivation is influenced by factors such as the application of fertilizers to plants.  The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of giving the right concentration of Infarm – Vitamin B1 Liquinox Star fertilizer on the growth of Sepatudea Seedlings. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments and repeated ten times. The treatment was Liquinox Star Infarm Vitamin B1 Fertilizer 0ml/2l water (control), 5ml/2l, 10ml/2l, 15ml/2l, dan 20ml/2l. The parameters observed were the increase in height, the increase in the number of leaves, and the increase in diameter. The results showed that the treatment of Infarm Vitamin B1 Liquinox star fertilizer had no significant effect on the parameters of height and diameter. Giving Infarm vitamin B1 Liquinox star fertilizer treatment had a very significant effect on the increase in the number of leaves, In research it is suggested to use fertilizer 10ml/2l to increase the number of leaves.Tanaman Sepatudea (Spathodea campanulata) sangat layak dikembangkan karena mempunyai banyak manfat eksklusifnya dibidang kesehatan. Keberhasilan budidaya tanaman Sepatudea dipengaruhi faktor diantaranya dengan dengan melakukan pemberian pupuk terhadap tanaman. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui respon terbaik dari pemberian pupuk Infarm – Vitamin B1 Liquinox Star terhadap pertumbuhan anakan Sepatudea. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan lima perlakuan dan diulang sepuluh kali. Perlakuannya adalah Pupuk Infarm Vitamin B1 Liquinox Star 0ml/2l air (kontrol), 5ml/2l air, 10ml/2l air, 15ml/2l air, dan 20ml/2l air. Parameter dalam riset ini yakni pertambahan tinggi, pertambahan jumlah daun, dan pertambahan diameter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan pemberian pupuk Infarm Vitamin B1 Liquinox star berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap pertambahan tinggi serta diameter sedangkan hasil perpengaruh sangat nyata pada pertambahan jumlah daun. Dalam penelitian disarankan agar menggunakan perlakuan A2 (10ml/2l air) untuk memacu pertambahan jumlah daun.
