ANALISA KINERJA MOTOR BLDC TIPE HUB 2000 WATT PADA PROTOTIPE KENDARAAN LISTRIK
Abstract
This research aims to find out analyze the performance of the Yuma 48-72 volt 2000 watt BLDC motor on an electric vehicle prototype with a focus on travel time and maximum speed at various rider loads. Experiments were conducted by testing a prototype electric vehicle equipped with a 2000-watt Yuma BLDC motor. The test involved three different rider weight variables, with a test distance of 100 meters to measure travel time and maximum speed. The results showed that the travel time and maximum speed of the electric vehicle were affected by the rider's body weight. In the highest speed mode within a distance of 100 meters, a rider with a body weight of 54 kg achieved a travel time of 10.39 seconds and a maximum speed of 9.62 m/s, while riders with a body weight of 84 kg and 138 kg achieved a travel time of 11.40 seconds and 13.05 seconds respectively with a maximum speed of 8.77 m/s and 7.66 m/s. The conclusion of this research is that the 2000 watt Yuma BLDC motor is able to provide optimal performance on the electric vehicle prototype, but the best performance is achieved with lighter loads.
