Balas Jasa Faktor Produksi Lahan Pertanian Sawah yang Telah di Alih Fungsikan di Kecamatan Gambut Kabupaten Banjar Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan

Abstract

lDuring 2003 -2013, a large of agricultural land, especially rice fields in Indonesia,has been converted into non-agricultural use; include in South Kalimantan. The rapid economic development and population growth led to the increasof land demand for residential, offices, industrials, and other non­ agricultural uses. This study analyzes the farming status before the land usechange, calculatesthe amount of production factor return earned by farmers, and identifiesproblems occurs by farmers associated with the reasons agricultural land selling in Kecamatan Gambut. The result shows that the total cost is accounted as IDR 16,962,779 per ha and revenue is IDR 20,940,626. The rent for the land is IDR 3,977,847 per hectare, whereas land capitalization is per hectare. The farmer prefers to sell their farmland because the bid of higher price.
