Abstract

Abstrak naskah yang ditarik: Subjective well-being atau kesejahteraan subjektif merupakan evaluasi afektif dan kognitif individu terhadap kehidupan yang dirasakan di tempat kerja. Salah satu teori yang berhubungan dengan kesejahteraan adalah big five personality dan religiusitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara big five personality dan religiusitas dengan subjective well-being. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasional dengan menggunakan tiga instrumen yaitu The Big Five Inventory, Religious Orientation Scale Revised, Satisfaction with Life Scale. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa extraversion dan well-being memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,269, p = 0,047 < 0,05. Agreableness dan well-being tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,150, p = 0,274 > 0,05. Conscientiousness dan well-being tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,225, p = 0,098 > 0,05. Neuroticism dan well-being tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,252, p = 0,064 > 0,05. Namun openness dan well-being memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,301, p = 0,026 < 0,05. Sedangkan religiusitas dan well-being memiliki hubungan yang sangat signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,351, p = 0,009 < 0,05.
