Faktor determinan niat ibu hamil untuk mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah

Abstract

Program konsumsi tablet tambah darah (TTD) pada ibu hamil merupakan program nasional. Disparitas terjadi pada ibu hamil yang tidak pernah minum tablet Fe dan yang minum tablet Fe sesuai anjuran. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap untuk mengkonsumsi TTD, pengaruh lingkungan (norma subyektif) ibu hamil untuk mengkonsumsi TTD dan efikasi diri ibu hamil untuk mengkonsumsi TTD dengan niat ibu hamil untuk mengkonsumsi TTD. Penelitian menggunakan metode cross sectional dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada partisipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa norma subyektif merupakan prediktor yang lebih baik, dari pada sikap dan efikasi diri, untuk memprediksi niat ibu hamil untuk mengkonsumsi TTD. Pemahaman akan berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi norma subyektif seorang ibu hamil perlu mendapat perhatian agar program konsumsi TTD, khususnya pada ibu hamil, dapat tercapai sesuai target.
