PENENTUAN TEMPERATUR CURIE SENYAWA OKSIDA LOGAM BERSTRUKTUR AURIVILLIUS TIPE CuBi4Ti4O15 (CBT) EMPAT LAPIS

Abstract


Struktur kristal oksida Aurivillius CuBi4Ti4O15 empat lapis mempunyai bentuk geometri ortorombik dengan space group A21am pada suhu 200 oC hingga suhu 600 oC merupakan fase feroelektrik. CuBi4Ti4O15 dengan space goup A21am pada suhu 200 oC berubah ke fase paraelektrik di atas suhu 800 oC dengan space group I4/mmm dan dikatakan sebagai temperatur curie, sekitar suhu 600 oC berada pada fase intermediate dengan space group amam. Parameter kisi pada suhu 800 oC adalah a = 5.459239 Å, b = 5.45898 Å dan c = 40.9812 Å.
