Frontier Agribisnis Journal is continuously committed to enhancing the quality of its publications and journal management. Here's a summary of the significant milestones and improvements achieved:

Journal Template Enhancements

2021: The journal template underwent an update, prominently featuring clearer journal identity on the first page, including the logo, full journal name, official URL, and publisher's name. This enhancement aimed to meet accreditation standards and elevate the journal's professional appearance.

2024: Further adjustments were made to the journal's identity on the first page, specifically by adding accurate and easily accessible e-ISSN information.

2025: The journal's identity on the first page was adjusted, including the removal of the "JTAM" reference to ensure consistent branding and journal focus.

Management Quality Improvements

2024: The editorial team was strengthened with the addition of two professional editors and two reviewers from institutions outside Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM). This step was taken to enhance the objectivity and quality of the peer-review process.

2025: Significant quality leap with addition of 16 external reviewers, establishing 75% external reviewer pool and implementing international standard double-blind peer review.

Submission Process Improvements

2017 - 2024: The article submission, review, revision, and editing processes were conducted manually via messaging applications (WhatsApp) and email, with integrated Turnitin plagiarism screening.

2025: The entire article submission workflow, from initial submission to review, revision, and editing, was fully integrated through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and accountability.

Collaboration

2026: Frontier Agribisnis Journal established a formal collaboration with Associations Agribisnis Indonesia (AAI), strengthening the journal's national network and expanding its reach within the Indonesian agribusiness academic community.
