Optimalisasi Kemampuan Pedagogik Guru Sekolah Polisi Negara Polisi Daerah Kalimantan Selatan melalui Pelatihan Strategi Pembelajaran

Abstract


The importance of investing in the pedagogical skills development of teachers in educational institutions, especially in the Sekolah Polisi Negera Polisi Daerah Kalimantan Selatan, demonstrates a commitment to improving the quality of police education. Service activities are carried out through training in learning strategies for 75 Sekolah Polisi Negara teachers, focusing on improving teaching skills, student motivation, and teacher-student interactions. The results show a significant increase in support for cognitive and metacognitive strategies after training. The importance of these results lies in creating a more effective learning environment and higher student motivation at Sekolah Polisi Negara. The results of the learning strategy training for teachers at Sekolah Polisi Negara show a positive impact on improving the quality of police education, emphasizing the importance of investing in the pedagogical skills development of teachers to create a better learning environment.

Pentingnya investasi dalam pengembangan kemampuan pedagogik guru di lembaga pendidikan, terutama di Sekolah Polisi Negara Polisi Daerah Kalimantan Selatan, menunjukkan komitmen untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan kepolisian. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan melalui pelatihan strategi pembelajaran untuk 75 guru SPN, dengan fokus pada peningkatan keterampilan mengajar, motivasi siswa, dan interaksi guru-siswa. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam dukungan terhadap strategi kognitif dan metakognitif setelah pelatihan. Pentingnya hasil ini terletak pada penciptaan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan motivasi siswa yang lebih tinggi di SPN. Hasil pelatihan strategi pembelajaran bagi guru di SPN menunjukkan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan kepolisian, menegaskan pentingnya investasi dalam pengembangan kemampuan pedagogik guru untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih baik.
