AI bertemu PAI: Persepsi Mahasiswa UIN Antasari dan Implikasi Pedagogi

Abstract


Integrasi kecerdasan buatan (artificial intelligence/AI) dalam pendidikan tinggi Islam menjadi isu strategis seiring meningkatnya transformasi digital dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa UIN Antasari Banjarmasin terhadap integrasi AI dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan teknologi, serta implikasi pedagogis yang ditimbulkan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed-methods dengan desain convergent parallel. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui angket terhadap 420 mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan stratified random sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara dan focus group discussion (FGD) yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki persepsi positif terhadap pemanfaatan AI dalam mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran, personalisasi materi, dan efisiensi akademik. Akan tetapi, penerimaan AI tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh persepsi kegunaan teknologi, tetapi juga oleh kompatibilitas teologis, kesiapan teknologi, dan dukungan institusional. Kompatibilitas AI dengan epistemologi Islam terbukti menjadi faktor mediasi penting dalam intensi penggunaan AI. Penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya kekhawatiran terkait bias algoritmik, dominasi perspektif Barat, serta potensi melemahnya relasi humanistik dalam pendidikan Islam. Oleh karena itu, integrasi AI dalam pembelajaran PAI perlu diarahkan pada model pedagogi hibrida yang tetap menempatkan interaksi manusia, nilai-nilai Islam, dan penguatan etika sebagai fondasi utama pendidikan.
