Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.

  4. The article has followed the JEE format : jee_format (download)

     

  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

The names and email addresses entered in JOURNAL OF ECONOMICS EDUCATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.

 

Author Fees

This journal charges the following author fees.

Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)
Authors are not required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs

Fast-Track Review Option: 1100000.00 (IDR)

Fast-Track Review Option

The Journal of Economics Education and Entrepreneurship (JEE) offers a Fast-Track Review Option for authors who require a quicker evaluation process compared to the standard review timeline. It is important to note, however, that this option does not guarantee acceptance or publication of the manuscript in JEE.

Upon payment of the applicable fee, the journal guarantees that the review process, editorial decision, and author notification will be completed within 1–2 weeks.

The fee is utilized to cover the following services:

  • similarity checking (using Turnitin),

  • readability improvement,

  • proofreading,

  • layout editing, and

  • prioritization of the manuscript review process by JEE's professional reviewers.

Note:
Fast-Track Review Fee: 1,100,000 (IDR) or 75,00 (USD)

Article Publication: 2000000.00 (IDR)

 Article Processing Charge (APC)

2,000,000,- (IDR) or 125,00 (USD) (please note that it might be a transfer charge from the bank)

If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Processing Charges to cover publications costs. 

 

Additional fee (if)

  • Formatting Fee 1,000,000 (IDR) or  65.00 (USD)
  • Add one co-author after submission 500,000 (IDR) or 35.00 (USD) 
  • Add two co-authors after submission 750,000 (IDR) or 45.00 (USD) 
  • Add three co-authors after submission 1,000,000 (IDR) or  65.00 (USD)
  • Add four co-authors after submission 1,250,000 (IDR) or 80.00 (USD)

 

Withdrawal of Manuscripts

Authors are not allowed to withdraw submitted manuscripts because the withdrawals are a waste of valuable resources. Editors and referees spent a great deal of time processing submitted manuscripts and invested money and time.

If authors still request withdrawal of their manuscripts when the manuscripts are still in the peer-reviewing process, they will be punished by paying 500,000 (IDR) or 35,00 (USD) per manuscript as a withdrawal penalty to the publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw a submitted manuscript from one journal if another journal accepts it.

If the author withdraws manuscripts after they are accepted for publication, they will be punished by paying 1,000,000 (IDR) or  65.00 (USD) per manuscript. Withdrawal of manuscripts is only allowed after the withdrawal penalty has been fully paid to the publisher.
