📘 About the Journal

MALAJOE: Marginal Land Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original research articles, review papers, and scholarly works in the field of soil science, marginal land management, and sustainable land use, particularly in tropical and suboptimal environments. The journal aims to provide a platform for academics, researchers, and practitioners to disseminate knowledge and innovations that contribute to the sustainable development of marginal lands.

MALAJOE is officially associated with the HITI (Soil Science Society of Indonesia), specifically the South Kalimantan regional chapter. This collaboration supports the advancement of soil science education, strengthens academic and professional networks, and promotes high-quality research dissemination at both national and regional levels.

The journal is published three times a year, ensuring regular dissemination of current research findings and scientific developments. MALAJOE welcomes contributions that address interdisciplinary approaches, technological innovations, and practical solutions in managing marginal lands to enhance productivity, environmental sustainability, and resilience to climate change.
