Peran identifikasi organisasi sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara kepemimpinan etis dan komitmen afektif
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran identifikasi organisasi sebagai mediator pada hubungan antara kepemimpinan etis dan komitmen afektif di industri perhotelan. Data dikumpulkan dari karyawan di X Hotel (N = 220) dengan menggunakan convenience sample, dimana subjek yang akan menjadi partisipan penelitian adalah karyawan dengan minimal satu tahun masa kerja. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala psikologi, yaitu Affective Commitment Questionnaire oleh Meyer dan Allen (1991), Ethical Leadership Scale oleh Brown, et al., (2005) dan Organizational Identification Scale oleh Mael dan Ashforth (1992). Data dianalisis menggunakan Hayes's PROCESS macro pada perangkat lunak SPSS. Analisis data menunujukkan hasil penelitian yang sesuai dengan hipotesis awal, yaitu adanya efek mediasi identifikasi organisasi. Berdasarkan teori pembelajaran sosial, kami berpendapat ada efek mediasi dari indentifikasi organisasi pada hubungan antara kepemimpinan etis dan komitmen afektif pada karyawan di industri perhotelan. Implikasi penelitian akan dibahas lebih lanjut.
