Jurnal Berkala Kesehatan is a journal published by the Master of Public Health, Magister Program Faculty of Medicine Lambung Mangkurat University by providing direct open access to content on the principle that research is freely available to the public to support broader knowledge exchange.

Jurnal Berkala Kesehatan (JBK) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal, publishes original papers, reviews and brief reports on all aspects of public health science, philosophy and practice, public health science research texts, research results reviews, new methods and approaches to research health, and community service.

Jurnal Berkala Kesehatan is Accredited National (SINTA 4) based on the Decree of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 10 / E / KPT / 2019) dated April 4, 2019 starting from Volume 3 Issue 1 of 2017.

This journal is published twice a year, in May and November. The inaugural edition of the Jurnal Berkala Kesehatan Volume 1 No. 1 November 2015 which was published in a printed edition. Since Volume 2 No. 1 November 2016, Jurnal Berkala Kesehatan is published in print and online editions. In submitting manuscripts to the Jurnal Berkala Kesehatan, the author must take special note that the manuscript must be in accordance with the Jurnal Berkala Kesehatan Writing style. Authors must follow the requirements for citations and references, figures and tables. Manuscripts that do not follow the requirements can be returned to the author for modification. JBK indexed by Google Scholar, Garuda Digital Reference (Garuda), Crossref, Dimensions. In August 2018, the journal page from the UNLAM domain https://ppjp.unlam.ac.id/journal/index.php/berkala-kesehatan/index switches to the ULM domain: https://ppjp.ulm.ac.id/journal/index.php/berkala-kesehatan/index .

Jurnal Berkala Kesehatan contains articles related to Health Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, Occupational Health and Safety, Public Nutrition, Reproductive Health, Health Policy and Management, and Health Promotion. Jurnal Berkala Kesehatan in collaboration with the Indonesian Medical Association Professional Association (IDI) Banjarbaru Branch, South Kalimantan, Indonesia

Journals can be a reference for health practitioners, teachers, students, and people who are interested in health issues.

PENAMBAHAN RUANG LINGKUP PUBLIKASI ARTIKEL
PENGUMUMAN No : 046/JBK/2021 Tentang Penambahan Ruang Lingkup Publikasi Artikel Jurnal Berkala Kesehatan Program Studi Kesehatan Masyarakat Program Magister Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Dalam rangka mengakomodir penulisan ilmiah dari para Peneliti/Dosen/Profesi lainnya, maka Jurnal Berkala Kesehatan Program Studi Kesehatan Masyarakat Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat mulai Volume 8 Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 akan menambah ruang lingkup publikasi artikel Jurnal Berkala Kesehatan dari memuat hasil penelitian menjadi memuat hasil penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat, terutama di bidang kesehatan. Perubahan Bahasa Utama Jurnal Berkala Kesehatan
PENGUMUMAN No : 001/JBK/2021 Tentang Perubahan Bahasa Utama di Jurnal Berkala Kesehatan Program Studi Magister Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas dan akreditasi jurnal, maka Jurnal Berkala Kesehatan Program Studi Magister Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat mulai Volume 7 Nomor 1 Tahun 2021 akan mengubah format penulisan Bahasa menjadi dua Bahasa yaitu, Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia.
